Hello lobro

Remove the freezer shelves , you can leave the icemaker and ice bucket. Remove the bottom bin and one bin slide. Now remove the back wall inside freezer. At the bottom of the coil there is an electric heater ( mounted in a metal bracket ) . remove it and look at it . Its encased in a glass tube. If it looks dark or burned it's defective and needs to be replaced. Part # XXXXX XXXXX One place to get is MARCONE APPL PARTS 1-800-392-7745. This part is the defrost heater. The coil must be completely free of frost before you start using refr. again. Hair dryer works well for this . Thanks for using justanswer.
