Customer Question

I have a Maytag Performa Refriderator PSB2352GR model (about 6yrs old). Ove the last 2 days it has stopped cooling. the freezer section is not freezing anything anymore (even with highest setting). The other side seems to now be a little cooler than room temperature.

Start by removing the back panel in the freezer and tell Me what the frost pattern looks like on the evaporator coil.

I have a bad back and am not able to pull the fridge out to be able to look at or remove the back panel.

I guess if this is what is required i should probaby just call for service?

I was hoping there was some kind of reset thing to try first.

Yeah this will require a little bit of physical work.
