Your defrost drain is frozen. The most effective way to correct this problem is to shut your fridge down for 48 hours to thaw out the drain. Once the drain is thawed you will see the drain hole at the bottom of the freezer compartment. It is a round hole in the middle of the freezer lower back. After the drain is thawed pour some hot water with a squirt of dish soap into hole to clear. This will fix this problem.
