I have a bug between the glass in my microwave oven door and can't get the glass out in order to remove the bug. There are three screws on the front side of door but they do not let you move the glass.This is a whirlpool combo oven.

I am sorry it has taken so long but I wanted to inquire a little on this


Here is a parts breakdown for your door, as you can see this isn't a easy task.


It is probably trapped between the glass and the FILM-DIFUS


I inquired to a buddy of mine that has worked on Microwave's and he stated that there is no real way to get where you need to get without having to replace seals and bending something out of whack.


He said that it is far safer to just replace the door then it is to try and repair one.


That part number appears to be PS886563 for your model, it is around $165
