dishwasher runs through all cycles but does not drain. I have used a shop vac to drain, have taken off bottom covers of drain and inlet cover

Ok, Your dishwasher has a drain solonoid on the side of the pump, that activates the drain function. Remove the lower panel, and you will see the drain solonoid on the left side of the pump. Two wires going to it, a spring and a plunger. This part my be bad.Be sure to turn off the power before servicing your dishwasher!
