There is no information on the back. It is a 16 x 20 canvas in frame

This is Paris street art, from the 1980s or thereabouts. The artist is an "unknown" or unlisted artist. This was an extremely popular souvenir during the period--hundreds of artists doing these paintings of local scenes and events for sale to visitors.

This is a good-looking example, with an Impressionist style, and I would estimate the resale at $125-$175.

Really, eBay tends to do the best on collectible art like this. Wide exposure, prioritized in Google too, and lower fees. Of course that requires packing and shipping.
For local sales, you can check with a local antiques mall, vintage dealer, estate company, or auction house for a consignment arrangement. You can also try your local Facebook Marketplace groups, which have no fees. Low-fee options are local listings on Etsy, Chairish, and EBay.
