This is a great Portrait, I cannot say who that lady is but that frame is Awesome. This looks like it is from WWI era, Gold Gilt Frame tinted Portrait in excellent condition, this is valued at $125.00-130.00

Glenda, same photo. I removed it from the frame, cleaned the glass. It’s gorgeous. I It’s 12.5”x18” height. I’m including a photo of her outside the frame. Convex glass (difficult to photograph) It was marked “Hank’s mother’ on the back cover plate. The photo had numbers (light pencil).
Yes she did! very nice. Her outfit might just be the way the ladies dressed back then, I seem to find a lot of similar outfits on women during this time.
