So the problem is easily solved you can get this tested easily at any jewelry store, many times its free. You will have to do that to be sure, Even though it's an artisan item, by federal law ALL precious metals jewelry must be marked for metal purity and content before it can legally be sold, so the bracelet must be marked if you are planning to sell it anyway. Once it is tested the jeweler can mark it with the metal stamp it tests out to be.

Since this is an unsigned artisan item IF its gold and silver (longshot) you could only price this by "redesigning" it monetarily as if you were getting this made from scratch by a bench jeweler which I was one for 35 years,

So design cost, fabrication cost, metals cost for 14kt white gold, yellow gold and finishing cost $7,000-$10.000. USD
