Your coins appear to have been in circulation for a long time and the condition is critical for the higher value. From my review, they appear to fall in a classification of well-circulated to good. From the images, I can tell that they are quite worn, scratches, and some with nicks, and abrasions. Some of the value characteristics that I am looking at include the edge of the coins and the raised detailing on both sides. The color and tonal aspects of the coins are also important.

For example of the surface value/condition, (with a magnifying glass if available) compare one of the coins in question with a brand new coin, compare the degree of the raised lettering/numbering, and the features of the central design. Simple, but that condition is critical when evaluating coins. I would place the value of your collection at the lower end. I do not have any value notes for the Canadian coin, but the condition notes are the same, an international standard.

Thanks for sending the images. You do have a very cool collection. I suggest keeping them in an air-tight container, out of circulation, and continue to follow the coin market.
