HI GLENDA Second Opinion please on...

HI GLENDA
Second Opinion please on this brand new Mikado fine china in the "Malay" pattern, brand new, full service for 12 plus serving pieces. Please list estimated values of the entire set and individual pieces and/or place settings based on which way is more likely to sell. Do you recommend selling by the plate, place setting, or cups/saucer set individually? Or try to sell as a whole locally ( I can't imagine how expensive shipping would be for several heavy boxes, yet I don't know if anyone locally would purchase and if a wider audience would be better.) Thanks in advance!

Oh, yes! I’ve been round and round with customer service about this one. I submitted it 2 days ago and marked it second opinion but it was deleted as a duplicate. They must’ve turned the question back on today. Disregard this one please

I thought I had answered it, sadly had someone not closed it originally when you sent it 2 days ago, I would have done this 2 days ago. People really need to stop closing questions without their names in them.

Thanks! I had actually called the number before I posted since I had never asked for a second option before. I was told to request you and then wrote second opinion so it wouldn’t get deleted. Then it was still deleted and it’s taken 2 days of back and forth with them. They told me this morning to make sure I write second opinion on it to fix the issue. I told them that was exactly what I did the first time! Ugh

lol,. you have to love so much help! The problem is other appraisers tend to close questions they do not want answered.

Not so much the site moderators. Sometimes it is better to just send a new question just address it to the expert you want to get it, and do not mention second opinion, just say for example "For Glenda " Please. Then wait for me to respond, I will ask what is it you have? Then you can tell me. This way it should not get closed.

Great! I was thinking, “why do they offer and advertise free second, third or even fourth opinions if you can’t get it to work???
