Thomas Gainsborough titled, View of Dedham. This is one of the artist's best known images and prints have been made for some time.
Your example looks like it was produced in the mid-20th century and because the label is in Italian once can assume it was sold through an Italian retail establishment. The value for a reproductions similar to your on the auction market is between $10 and $50USD, in a retail gallery perhaps two to three times this amount.
