Customer Question
Hi, Sorry for the...

Hi, Sorry for the delay...... I have a Turkish (Russian ?) Samovar, 22 in. tall, with 10 exhibition seals stamped into the brass, including one with date 1870. Also has brass tray. I was offered $2000.00 for it some years ago. It is in moderate condition.

Expert's Assistant: I always love having an appraiser look at my stuff. Sometimes its turned out to be surprisingly valuable. Is there anything else the Antiques Appraiser should be aware of?

Not really. It was purchased in a Turkish Antique store (in Turkey) about 50 years ago. The inside would need a deep cleaning in the event someone would want to use it.
