Are waterford crystal wine glasses, etc. always marked? I

Customer Question

Are waterford crystal wine glasses, etc. always marked?
JA: I always love having an appraiser look at my stuff. Sometimes its turned out to be surprisingly valuable. Tell us what else you do know and the Antiques Appraiser will be able to better assist you.
Customer: I have inherited water, wine, sherbet glasses that belonged to my parents. I was always told they were waterford, but they are not marked. I have tried to identify them and come up with the Waterford Colleen collection as the possible ones.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Antiques Appraiser should know?
Customer: That is all the info I have.

Not all Waterford pieces are marked.

Please send images at your convenience.

How do I do that and is there an additional charge?

There is not an additional fee for adding images here.

There may be an +Add Files button or if there is a toolbar with a paperclip icon showing above the box where you type in responses, then follow the steps on this link for sharing photos:

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was charged $33.00 without being told that I would be by continuing on to get an answer to my question. I was under the impression that $5.00 was all that I would be charged. Your method of doing business is questionable. I do not want a free trial nor do I want to do further business with you. I am hereby requisition a refund of the additional $33.00 I was charged without my knowledge.
