This is a 1910 to 1925 hand painted wood sign

based on the type style used for the piece.

This antique wood sign has a current value of $125

as a decorative antique.

Contradictory answer from what I received from other antique dealers so it leaves me wonder who is accurate. Prompt though!

The price I gave is the price you

could get if you sold it on your own. An antique dealer tries to make

double their money, so they would put it in their shop for $250.00 for this piece

and that is most likely where the difference lies in this case.
