I have a belt buckle hand carved from a piece of walrus tusk made in Juneau Alaska by a Native American it has a name carved into it also. The carving is of a butterfly in bas relief.

This is circa 1950 pre-ban ivory walrus tusk carved Inuit Eskimo Alaskan butterfly belt buckle.
