This is a woodblock print (ukiyo-e) re-printed in the Edo era (1930's)titled Outing in the Snow Storm by artist Kitagawa Fujimaro (1790-1850)with gofun snowflakes. Gofun is an added white paint used to simulate the falling snow. This print has a current value of $90 to $110.00.It is important for you to click the stars after you have read this answer.
