The L.S. & S. mark on your oval serving plate is for the importer, Lazarus Strauss & Sons of New York. The mark indicates that your piece dates to circa 1900 - 1910. The second mark indicates they used their porcelain production plant in France. The value would depend on how many pieces you have in this set. The serving dish alone has a high value of $60 on today's market.
