desk made by ; West Made , "Bushong & Company " furniture and lithograph. All I know is that in the 1800's the Bushongs were important people.

Your West Made, Bushong Company desk was made in the 1920's. Here is a link to an add for you that was when Bushong partnered with West Made, it illustrates a desk from the same line as yours.

This was a standard office worker form desk. They realistically sell for an average of $75 - $200 at auction on today's market and they can be offered at retail for as high as $450.
