Customer Question

I have a pen / pencil drawing by William Leighton Leitch that is entitled "Naples". It is in an old frame with square nails and a label on back that says "From E. C. Packer, Carer (I think) and C (or G) user, LOOKING GLASS AND PICTURE FRAME MANUFACTURER, 4, Upper College Court, GLOUCSTER, Oil, Paintings Pened, Lined and Restored" I little of the paper is off and it is hard to see. Do you know about what this would be valued and whether it would be worth selling? Thank You, ***** ***** meemawbeverly
