Customer Question

I have a large Georgian, gas-powered dollhouse, sadly almost all of the furnishings were stolen. I'm wondering about getting it appraised. My mother, born 1930, played with it as a child, but I would guess that it's at least 1 generation older than her. If not two.

Antique Georgian dollhouses sell for an average of $500 - $600 on today's auction market and sale-ability depends on the size, construction and materials.

If made by Maitland-Smith and done in mahogany, it call sell for $1750 - $3500 at auction.

If interested in selling, a great place would be through Theriault's Doll Auction house.
