I am sorry for the site issue. I did not mean to click on your question.

I will release your question so that it will open up to all the other experts.

Kind regards,

Doris

I will get response within 24 hours from another expert? I did send the dimensions of the urn..15 inches tall with lid. The bowl's diameter is almost 16 inches across.

Hello again. I will try to answer your question this evening. It is after 11PM here.

I am sorry for the previous glitch in service. There is a new system on the site. I have not gotten quite used to it yet.

That said, I need a little more information from you.

Are the letters you see on the bottom G-r-e-e-k? Or are they in the Greek language?

I also need a photo of your set. It is important to see what we are assessing.

Please know that I cannot accept any requests for "live conversations" such as phone calls. I must research your question to give the most accurate answer.

Besides there are extra charges to you for live conversations.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Is this $18.in addition to the $38 I already agreed to pay? Did you get the picture?
Expert:  Doris replied 1 year ago.

We professionals are not employees of Just Answer. We do not know about its finances.

If you are asking about the an $18 charge, that ,I think, is the charge for live conversations and is paid in addition to the amount already paid ($38?). All live conversations cost extra. I do not do live conversations.

I do not have a photo from you. Did you use one of the two methods I described in my last response?

Kind regards,

Doris

Expert:  Doris replied 1 year ago.

I still have not received your photo.

Perhaps you would prefer the email method.

This method takes longer.....sometimes 24 hours; but if you follow directions exactly, it works very well.

This is the official explanation of how to send photos via email:
Please follow the questions exactly or they will not get to me.

Send the picture to,***@******.***

In the subject line put " Pictures for˜Doris in Antiques or Appraisals."
.
In the body of the message put, your user name and name.
.
Make sure to send these from the same address that you registered with
just answer,so they can verify who you are.

This method takes longer because the photos are sent to the Just Answer
techs who must forward them to me.
.
They will forward them to me and as soon as I get them I will contact you.

Kind regards,

Doris
