Customer Question

I have a leather Egyptian bag, sachetel, purse. Not quite sure what to call. It is highly decorated with colourful front, and etched drawings of pharaoh. I have had it for 40 years and my father was a collector of all things. Is there any way I can send you photo via email for you to view.
Kindest regards

Hi, my name is*****'m a certified appraiser and I'd be happy to help.

This is a souvenir piece. Stamped and colored leather, meant for the tourist market, circa 1950-1970.

The value would be approximately $50-$75.

Please let me know if I can help further.

Good afternoon Jennifer
Can you tell me where it was made and where it would have been purchased? Also what sort of leather. Does it tell any story in the pictures
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Also Jennifer what was it used for, and was there a mirror in it at some stage?
