I have not received the emailed photos. As I mentioned, it takes longer to receive emailed photos.
First they are sent to Just Answer support then they are forwarded to me.
Sometimes the process takes several hours.
I really cannot give you an accurate answer without seeing your desk.

Can you email them to your computer and then email them from there to support?
