I have a large Satsuma Royal Urn circa 1850w (stands 34" tall) with gold foo dog handles that I would like to sell. How can I get this appraised correctly and also what is best way to sell?

This is a Japanese Satsuma censer (a lidded vase) lifted on three feet and made of earthenware with shi-shi (or foo dog) handles and finial. This piece dates to circa 1900.The value is 275-350.00 us dollars.
