Someone hacked into my Google account and missed everything up. And no I don't remember my password, I can't get my Google chats to work or my Telegram

Please note that it is very important to have access to your recovery details to be able to restore your access.

Could you please advise if you have access to any of your recovery email and/or phone number associated with this account or know the security question (if you have setup one)? Have you specified those details before you lost your access or you have never updated them?

In some cases, even without access to your recovery email address and/or phone number linked to this account, you might be able to reset your email account password ***** you have provided some additional recovery options.

Please be aware that Google do not have support for the free Gmail accounts so they don't provide an option for you to contact them. They rely only on you to keep your recovery details linked to your email account updated for you to be able to restore your access. These recovery options cannot be changed after you already lost your access and as a result Google cannot verify that this is you trying to access this account.

Please note that you must have access to your recovery email address and/or phone number (if you have specified any) for this account in order to be able to recover your access. Without having this information updated in advance, before you lost your access, your only other option is to create new email account.

Below are the steps of how to normally reset your password ***** you still have access to at least one of your recovery options, but please also check this Google page regarding resetting your password:

NOTE: This is the only possible options to recover your Gmail account. You must have access to your recovery email address (if you specified one), phone number, or know the answer of your security question (if you have set one).

If you don't , then you will need to consider creating new, replacement email account.

To reset Gmail password:

Click here > https://accounts.google.com/signin/v2/recoveryidentifier?flowName=GlifWebSignIn&flowEntry=ServiceLogin
Enter the email address of the account you want to reset > click NEXT.
Send verification code to the registered email address or phone number.
Enter code > click NEXT.
Create a new password > sign in.

If you are still unable to sign in, the only other option is to create new email account instead.
