I am trying to...

I am trying to log on to my Motorola phone but it has been reset and now it is asking to sign in with my Google Account. Although I have tried to do this a number of times it will just not accept my credentials

Technician's Assistant: When were you last able to use your Motorola phone?

Well, I have since bought an iPhone and so this one has been sitting for a while. What I am trying to do is recover my information from it

Technician's Assistant: The Cell Phone Technician will be able to walk you through that. Are you able to sync to iTunes?

Haven't ever been into iTunes

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

Can't think of anything right now but I am not at all computer savy
