My note 2 phone...

My note 2 phone will not allow me to update downloads needed, i have my service with cricket and i just been to the cricket store in bulverde texas.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?

It is a samsung note 2 phone. and i tried to get it to download the needed updates at the cricket store with no success.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Samsung phone? What have you tried so far?

About a month or so. when i dial my contacts it tells me that it is out of my network.
