I understand that you have forgotten the screenlock password ***** your T280 tablet. YOur tablet can be unlocked by performing a hard reset, which will remove the screenlock password. It will also wipe clean all your personal data, such as contacts, calendars, photos, videos, and music. You can perform a hard reset as follows:

  1. Connect the charger to the tablet or have it close to fully charged so that the process is not interrupted, which could damage the tablet.
  2. Shut down the tablet by pressing and holding the power button.
  3. Press and hold the Volume UP, Power, and HOme buttons simultaneously until the Recovery menu appears (In some models the Recovery menu is displayed in very tiny print.)
  4. Use the Volume Up/Down keys to navigate and the power key to select Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
  5. Select Yes to confirm.
  6. When the process is complete select Reboot.
