After placing my tablet on airplane mode and turning it off, my wifi will not authenticate to allow a connectio9n. ATT says it is a problem with my

Technician's Assistant: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?

It is a tablet and all my otheer devices are connected.

Technician's Assistant: Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router?

My router is working and was just tested bny ATT. If there were an internet communicatiion problem, I would not be communicating with you. The router is working perfectly.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

Just that i need help with whatever settings are causing this problem.
