My wife's nexus 5...

My wife's nexus 5 has a black screen problem. We would like to transfer our time and service back to her old nexus 4 phone and start using it again. How do we do that? We used to have trac phon service on the old phone.

2 years ago or so ,I think.

I just looked at your question again. I mis read it. The nexus 5 is charged up at 95%. It was charged up just the other day.
