I purchased my first smart phone about 4month ago. It was a Motorola "droid" . It would not hold a charge so it was sent back so I have this new one for a month and have uptold grief. I live 35 away from home and work in a care center. We are not suppose to wear our phones so consequently sometimes I never look at mine for 81/2 hrs. I worked MOn and Wed so by the time that I got off work the phone had a message" cellular network not available for phone calls. I could not call my husband not me/me.
