I got a phone...

I got a phone 5 days ago I shut it off to charge it and when I turned it backon it said to put in my password ***** i didn't do. my phone is locked i'm an older lady with memory problems that i told the people at metro PCS. I got a friends phone they told me to come in and they would fix it for me. It took 3 days for me to get a ride to there store just for them to tell me there was nothing they could do I had to buy another ZTE BLADE Z(max) I receive 256.00 a month on social security once a month it took me awhile to have this money to begin with,I can't believe they could do nothing
