I have a Samsung...

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 thru sprint. My phone came back from being repaired. I can not receive phone calls or text messages unless I sign in with Google. The phone would not take my sign on. I took it back to Sprint, they gave me your site to add device on, which I did. Phone still will accept it. I am at my wits end. What do I do fix this? Your help will be appreciated in this matter

This device was reset. To Continue, sign in with Google Account that was previously synced on this device. Maybe I did have another account, and I do not remember. When I put in the sign on of***@******.*** with my present password, it denies it with message saying that there was an unknown error.
