Recently switched from Verizon to consumer cellular, I have 2 Samsung Galaxy S 5 model G900 V. Sending and receiving MMS message (pictures) takes forever and in most cases fails, any Ideas to solve this issue?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I have been assigned to your case. There are typically size restrictions when you send pictures via text, do you know how big these pictures are? Also there are plenty of app's that can assist you in compressing the photos if they are too large. Another suggestion is making sure that you are not sending a whole bunch of pictures at once for example, if you send 15 pictures at once this is going to be slow because it is a lot to process at one time via text. There is an app called Photoczip that can compress your pictures and it comes highly recommended. You can search for it in the Play Store or you can just download it directly from your phone by going to this link --> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.ibeccato.photoczip

nothing to do with size of picture , has to do with changing from cdma to gms settings

provider told me, data plan is 10 G per month with less than 0.3 G used so far.
