I bought a new phone trying to get google set up to my email address***@******.*** and google would send me a code to that email address I just typed but noticed they had [email protected] .com so I was never getting the code So I used another email address I have with them now that is suppose to be my primary address .How can I get it back to***@******.***.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way around the Google recovery options. If you are unable to use those options, then you will need to open a new account.
