I have been purchasing...

I have been purchasing things with same card for about a week now. All of a sudden it will not let me.I have already contacted bank. Everything is good on there end. Can you help me?

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

I am using my phone. Which is an LG android.

Technician's Assistant: The Smartphone Technician will be able to walk you through that. What's the brand and model of your Android phone?

Not 100% sure.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?

Since two nights ago. Closed way of payment reopened way of payment. Tried shutting off phone turning it back on. Tried to follow steps when it told me that it was unable to process my transaction. Called bank.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

  3. Next to the current payment method tap the Down arrow Payment methods.
  4. Choose a different payment method or add a new one.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.
