I am trying to purchase advanced weather through the play store and get it on my Garmin smartphone app in order to receive weather alerts on my Garmin dezl770

I purchased a new Verizon galaxy note8 phone, and since I couldn't remember the password ***** my [email protected], the salesman set me up with***@******.***. Now I'm having issues with play store using***@******.***

OMG YES. Google sent me to you but I had no idea this would be all friggen night.It's as if I don't have a Google play account after purchasing my new Note8. I also have a new email address.

Great. Well apparently this was a massive waste of time then. I guess I'm just going to have to accept the disappointment and go on without being able to use this feature on my Garmin, or use any in app purchases on my new $950 smart phone then.

I know you are not Google and yes, I did read your message. I have been charged $54 but got no resolution to my issue. Basically I paid for a service with no result. If I were to purchase a cake at a bakery, but not get a cake, I would expect a refund for my purchase. This service did not produce any results, so I should receive a refund for the full amount paid to this service.
