I downloaded the Walmart app on my phone @ by mistake pushed the ok on lock for app, now I can't get into the app

You may have locked the app, possibly through such a locking application as CM AppLock.

Disabling, or uninstalling, CM AppLock (if it is present) might cure that problem.

Alternatively: select, then delete or remove the Walmart app. Then restart the phone. Then re-download it, and don't lock it this time.
