I’m trying to retrieve my pictures from the cloud. My phone was lost, and is now replaced, but I can’t get the pics back.

I went to the Verizon store again today, they said to sign into verizonwireless.com..My phone is on my daughters account, but I signed up and got an account..I just can’t get to anything but the store.
