We bought new phones...

We bought new phones, and they put finger locks on them with a keypad backup. My husband couldn't open his, and forgot his password. So he's had his phone for 2 months unable to use it because he can't get it unlocked. They want the password ***** account was set up with. We don't have it any longer as it was 15? years ago. How can we get it unlocked?

Technician's Assistant: When were you last able to use your phone?

The day we bought them , the 7th or 8th of February.
