I have been trying to make a purchase for about 4-5 weeks now and I keep getting some sort of error message code OR-IEH-01. Can you please help me with this issue?

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?

Samsung SM-G935V. I am still looking for the os but here is ph info for now to get you started

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?

Several weeks now and other continuing to try again each day I haven't tried anything else.
