I have a ZTE model Z797C. I have service with TracPhone.

I have a ZTE...

I have a ZTE model Z797C. I have service with TracPhone. Yesterday my phone deactivated itself. I called TracPhone and they are showing the phone activated but my phone says to activate it. Tracphone said they needed the PRL version number to go further with my case and the phone under status tells me the PRL version is unknown. The phone was working fine one day and completely down the next. Tracphone cannot reactivate my phone because they are showing it is activated. HELP ME PLEASE.

No. How do I do that. Also my phone is an android.
