I ordered a replacement...

I ordered a replacement battery (on-line), from a long large list of phone types. My user guide is printed for a Galaxy On5 was packed in a sleeve with Galaxy Blaze 4G, and I think that is the item i picked from the list. This evening I found the package at my front door and the battery is not the same as the one that is in my phone.

How can i return this battery and receive one that fits my phone? is there somebody their that can help an old codger thru this modern tangle of non-personal service ordering? Nobody helps at T-mobile; there are no store to go to to talk to somebody in person; how to oldsters get that warm and comfortable feeling of talking to a live body to help? Thanks, ***** *****

Started with "battery cannot be charged because its temperature is too low". Went to the store, and they said order on-line, but they cannot help me with that. So I go on-line and find multiple lsts of all kinds of cell phone batteries, pick one that I thought it it was for a galaxy 4G, completed the transaction thru some sort of on-line payment process, and I receive the battery - but it does not fit.
