I have a galaxy s3 phone and I can't login to my key bank…

I have a galaxy...

I have a galaxy s3 phone and I can't login to my key bank app so I called them and they said their app is working also when I try to pull up any of their websites that have keybank in the url it says your connection is not private and I cannot log in. Something has me blocked and don't know how to get rid of it. Thank you

I probably opened it last Friday 3/10/18

Technician's Assistant: Did you recently update your software or Operating System (OS)?

No. The bank said to uninstall app and reinstall so I did and I'm still blocked

far I turned it off and back on then pulled battery then reinstalled. Uninstalled keybank app and reinstall then uninstalled chrome and reinstall. Nothing seems to be helping so far

I did try incognito and it let me on the website once but now that's not helping

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings > Backup and reset (Personal section).
  2. From the Reset section (in the right pane), tap Reset network settings.
  3. Review the info then tap RESET SETTINGS.

That is an issue with their website -- It is likely that the reps that you are talking to have no idea about any technical side.
