I do. And I need to add that the music comes on randomly during the night too. By the time I pick up my phone it stops.

It sounds like a Pandora stream or another streaming music app.

Restart your phone and see if the issue continues after the restart

I won't know if that worked until tonight. It doesn't do it during the day. After the loud announcement, it stops.

I am dissatisfied with this service. Advice was to shut down my device and restart it. I had already done that at least a least a dozen times. I request a full refund of my payments. A tech didn't suggest anything that a reasonably person would try at all.
