My phone has a...

My phone has a google lock. I have entered the username and password. I continue to receive the message that I cannot sign in to the device due to a recent password ***** Try again in 24 hours. This has occurred since Friday, 72 hours ago. I have been to the Verizon store and talked with Samsung. They are unable to get the phone unlocked. They suggested I call Google. My email account recognizes that I am attempting to use the phone but the phone doesn't recognize the username and password.

Technician's Assistant: When were you last able to use your phone?

Last Monday, a week ago. The phone reset and I did not remember the username and password. I finally received permission Friday to change the password.
