I actually have an issue with my phone.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?

Samsung j3 emerge with an andrioid OS

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?

Well I tried calling the samsung service centers listed in my area but none of them repair phones. It started a few days ago, the home button, back and tile buttons no longer work. it also has started waking itself up while it is just sitting there. like the screen turns on while it's sitting there

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

That it is still under warranty and i want to know where to get it fixed.

Yeah the home button and the two touch buttons next to it no longer function. Also the phone keeps "waking" itself from "sleep" and that drains the battery.

It's under factory warranty but I can't find where to get it fixed with said warranty.
