I have to put it in my bra when I listen to my music if I want to listen to it without it cutting out. If I put my phone in my back pocket it like when I had the previous model of this phone., it completely cuts out. So the range is not very far.

Ok, we will reconnect it

On the headphones, hold the power button until it alternates red and blue led, then on the phone go back and connect it again.

Then test how it works

I did that a couple times already. I also cleared the cache partition. Which was advice I got from Samsung. They also advised me to factory reset but I just got the phone 2 weeks ago.

But if you still want me to try that I will. I turned off NFC payment, and updated the software. A lot of people complained about this issue when they first made this phone I was hoping the update would help but it didn't

When you repaired, did you remove the pairing on the phone as well before reconnecting?

I completely transferred everything I had. I was really hoping you had some out of the box way to make.yhe connection better.

There are no quality controls over the connection, it is just on and off, corruption can cause issues but we reset the headphones now and you have reset the phone.

This means as the S8 has no bluetooth range issues, so it looks to be a compatibility problem

But what is the exact model of the headphones?

I didn't reset the phone, what I meant is when you asked if I could put a lot of data on the phone I meant that I can plate Lee transferred the data from my old phone to this phone so yes a lot of data
