It's not my computer...

It's not my computer - my mobile. I purchased an A5 Galaxy in Aug, 2017. It was not operational I believe my cell at the time was no.0481464948. When I inquired at Virgin, they kindly sent me a new sim card No(###) ###-#### However when I purchased the new phone requested I keep the number I had with Vodafone.(###) ###-#### I would request I keep the original no. as all my contacts have that number. Please advise. Much obliged, Wendy Rooney

Since I purchased the phone in Aug, 2017. I was forced to use the old phone until this week, and I have paid Virgin for a service I did not receive.

I simply wanted a phone that rang and I could receive calls and text messages. As I have a landline and computer at home
