I had to reset...

I had to reset it and now I am unable to find the account and password ***** used to set it up.

Technician's Assistant: When were you last able to use your phone?

Few weeks ago.

I did the factory reset but it will not let me get past the google account that was previously synced on this device. Every time I try is says my password ***** been change to try again in 24 hours pass word was changed weeks ago.
